Cancellation Policy

⚾ Pitching Clinic Cancellation Policy & Liability Waiver Clinic Details: Dates: December 9 – January 10 Frequency: Twice per week Ages:10–14 years old Cost: $25 per session Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Cancellations by Participant: Cancellations made at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund or may be credited toward a future session Cancellations made less than 5 hours prior to the session are non-refundable. 2. No-Shows: Participants who do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice will not receive a refund or credit. 3. Clinic Cancellations (by Business/Coach): If a session must be canceled due to weather, facility issues, or instructor availability, participants will be notified promptly and may choose to reschedule that session. 4. Missed Sessions: Makeup sessions are not guaranteed, but efforts will be made to accommodate based on space and availability. Waiver & Release of Liability I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms in consideration of my child’s participation in the Pitching Clinic hosted by H1dden Ac3's Academy. 1. Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in baseball and pitching activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury from physical activity, equipment use, and interactions with other participants. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown. 2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless H1dden Ac3's Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or illness that may occur while participating in or traveling to/from the Pitching Clinic. 3. Medical Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I understand that H1dden Ac3’s Academy staff are not responsible for arranging, providing, or transporting my child for medical care. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to determine and obtain any necessary medical treatment 4. Media Release (Optional): I grant permission for photos or videos of my child taken during the Clinic to be used for promotional purposes by H1dden Ac3's Academy. 5.
