James Deloatch
Founder, H1dden Ac3's Academy
James Deloatch is a former professional pitcher and the founder of H1dden Ac3’s Academy, committed to developing the next generation of elite athletes. A Norfolk, Virginia native, he was a standout at Granby High School Norfolk State University, and Limestone University.
During the 2021–2022 season, he earned All-MEAC regular season and postseason honors, posting a 7-3 record with a 2.88 ERA while helping lead Norfolk State to its first-ever MEAC Championship and NCAA Regional appearance. Which then lead to him being named Black College Nines, HBCU Preseason pitcher of the year for the 2022-2023 season.
James went on to play professionally in the Pioneer League with the Great Falls Voyagers and Billings Mustangs, and in the MLB Draft League with the Frederick Keys, where he earned Player of the Week honors and was ranked among the league’s top 15 pitchers. He currently coaches CBU Tampa (13U & 14U) and serves as the organization's Pitching Coordinator. In addition, James served as the assistant coach for the USA Prime 14U National Team in the spring of 2025, which ended the season as Perfect Games' #5 team in the country. James also mentors collegiate players nationwide.
